Research Minded LLC operates this website. This page explains what information is collected here, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors and clients.
This website does not require an account, does not run advertising, and does not sell data. Information reaches Research Minded only when a visitor chooses to send it: an email to ryan@researchminded.com, or details entered when booking a call through the third-party scheduling service Calendly (typically name, email address, and any notes provided). Standard, non-identifying hosting logs such as request timestamps may be retained by the website host for security and reliability purposes.
Contact details are used to reply to inquiries, schedule and conduct advisory conversations, and deliver services agreed with a client. They are not used for unsolicited marketing lists and are not shared with third parties except the service providers required to operate the site and calendar, such as email and scheduling providers.
Advisory work regularly involves sensitive business information such as study budgets, sponsor terms, financial records, and staffing plans. This information is treated as confidential, is used solely to perform the engagement, and is not disclosed to other clients or third parties without written permission. Research Minded does not request or require patient-identifiable health information; clients should not send it.
Correspondence and engagement records are kept only as long as needed for the working relationship and ordinary business records. Anyone may request a copy or deletion of the personal information Research Minded holds about them by writing to ryan@researchminded.com, and requests are honored where no legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
